| Several mini-strokes and I find I no longer enjoy the pressures of writing, so I turned to an old family tradition. As I lay under the quilts of my grandmother, aunt and mother I heard them whispering to me. I felt their love and encouragement, but couldn't make out their words. I decided to "write quilts" instead of books! Each quilt tells a different story depending on the intended recipient. It's a lot more fun and there is only the pressure and stress I give to the project. Enjoy my first products. |

Reversible vest - finished Jan. 2012! Next time I will have my dear husband take the picture standing
up and not at my belly level!
